Schedule Information

The courses are delivered as both online and interactive courses, with the interactive portion occurring during a specific date and time depending on course. The courses run continuously throughout the year and students may enter a course at any of the class starting dates.

This is a legally binding agreement. Do not sign before you have read in full or if it has any blank spaces. One copy of this agreement will be returned to you. The student is accepted and the agreement binding when signed by an authorized representative of Academy College. Any changes in the agreement will be binding on the student and Academy College only if such changes have been agreed to in writing (not orally) by an authorized Academy College official and by the student. This agreement and the Academy College catalog constitute the agreement between the student and Academy College. Every assignee of this agreement is subject to all claims and defenses of the buyer of his/her successors in interest arising under this agreement. It is the policy of Academy College not to assign this agreement or any interest therein.

Buyer’s Right to Cancel

For Academy College Learning Institute courses, give their short-term nature, once a student logs into a class there is no refund option.

Grounds and Procedures for Cancellation/Termination

Satisfactory Academic Progress - students will meet with the Director of Education
Misconduct - students will meet with the Director of Education
In all cases of involuntary termination, the student will have an opportunity to review the issues and appeal.

Student Complaint Procedure

Schools accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges must have a procedure and operational plan for handling student complaints. If a student does not feel that the school has adequately addressed a complaint or concern, the student may consider contacting the Accrediting Commission. All complaints reviewed by the Commission must be in written form and should grant permission for the Commission to forward a copy of the complaint to the school for a response. This can be accomplished filling out the ACCSC complaint for. The complaintent(s) will be kept informed as to the status of the complaint as well as the final resolution by the commission. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read this agreement thoroughly, have received my copy and agree to be bound by it. I further acknowledge that I have received and I agree to abide by the rules and regulations described in the Academy College Catalog. At its sole option, Academy College may refuse to accept any modification of this agreement as set forth herein and specifically disclaims any guarantee or understanding, oral or written, that I will be allowed to modify this agreement at any time. I understand that the refund policy is subject to change in accordance with Federal and State regulations and institutional policies.
